The teeny weeny small print.

  1. Payments are made through PayPal. When full payment is received your items will be posted to you using First Class Royal Mail Signed For delivery.
  2.  Order Cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of order. Once the item/items are posted they can only be returned for a refund at buyers expense.
  3. We require a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the purchase price for all returns. Postage costs are non-refundable once orders have been posted.
  4. We aim to post your item within 1-3 business days but it could take longer depending on the item. If there is going to be a delay we will let you know ASAP.
  5. Our postage costs include the packaging for each item. We will insure your items for the full purchase price so you are guaranteed to have your order arrive safety. If it arrives damaged due to postal service you will receive a full refund. But you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
  6. If you need this order posted within a certain time frame please let me know so we can try to accommodate but postage prices may increase based on the address and time frame.
  7. Prices and Polices can change at any time. (Postage prices will rise in line with Royal Mail postage increases)
  8. Commissioned orders over £100 require a 20% deposit with order which is non refundable. The balance of payment is due before postage. For larger pieces that require personal delivery or collection payment is due on collection/delivery.
  9. Any changes made to commissions post start may be subject to additional charges. Charges to be agreed before any work can continue.
  10. All items remain the property of K8create until full payment is received.
